Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- During high order volumes, processing may take additional time. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1 business day.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
- Tracking details will be available within 24 hours of shipment.
International Shipping:
- We currently only ship within the United States. More information will be added on International Shipping shortly.
Customs & Duties:
- GentorUSA LLC is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping Issues:
- We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, intimate items, and hazardous materials.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Health and personal care items
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
